- Donations & Sponsorships
- All donations and sponsorship packages are voluntary contributions.
- Sponsorship tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) provide the benefits listed at the time of purchase.
- Sponsorship visibility placements (logo, banner, etc.) require the sponsor to supply correct artwork.
- Donations are non-refundable unless required by South African law.
- Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through approved merchant providers.
- We comply with all AML/KYC requirements.
- Transactional currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
- Website Use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the site.
- Limitation of Liability
MFTU is not liable for indirect losses, website downtime, or data issues beyond our control.
- Amendments

 This website, its Terms & Conditions, and all transactions conducted through it are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from use of this website or donations made through it shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
